Job Description
Scott Auto Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Professional for our dealership located in West Chester Pennsylvania.This position will play an important role in all aspects of the Accounts Payable functions from posting to payments for the accounting department. If youre a self-sufficient resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced fun environment then were looking for you.

Description of Duties/Knowledge:
- Responsible for all accounts payabletasks.
- Perform manual & computerized accounting functions.
- Monthly schedule reconciliations & reviews.
- Assist Office Manager with other duties as needed.
- Prior Automotive Dealership Accounting Experience Preferred.
- Knowledge of Dealer Track Software helpful but not required.
- Be motivated and adhere to specific deadlines.
