As aRAM Engineer IIfor our service center team you will be responsible for analyzing and improving thereliability availability and maintainabilityof systems equipment and processes. This role supports maintenance strategies root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Key Activities - ConductRAM analysison service center equipment and systems to identify failure modes and improve performance.
- Develop and implementpreventive and predictive maintenancestrategies.
- PerformRoot Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design operations and maintenance teams to improve system uptime and reduce downtime.
- Monitor and report onKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)such as MTBF MTTR and system availability.
- SupportFMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)andRCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance)processes.
- Maintain RAM models and documentation for all critical systems.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and reliability improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean projects
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 2- 5 years of experience in reliability engineering preferably in a service or maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of RAM tools and methodologies (FMEA RCM RCFA Weibull analysis etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel Minitab or similar).
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certification in reliability engineering (e.g. CRE) is a plus.
- Experience in service center operations or field service engineering.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
