You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an Audiologist to join our Plymouth store who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey and making a difference to peoples day-to-day lives.
About the role
You will be the sole Audiologist based exclusively at our Plymouth store with the support of an in-store Sales and Customer Service Advisor.
The Sales and Customer Service Advisor will call customers to ensure they attend their appointments manage your diary greet anyone who comes into the store regularly contact existing customers in case they are interested in upgrading and assist with all your admin so you can focus on delivering the best patient care.
In addition to conducting 75 to 90-minute hearing tests for new customers you will be able to offer a deposit-free 14-day free trial to anyone you assess as having hearing loss.
We believe in a strict 9-to-5 working schedule to support your work-life balance so you wont be expected to stay in the store past 5pm unless you choose to ensuring you have time to recharge outside of work.
Youll have access to cutting-edge testing equipment and the latest hearing aids from leading manufacturers helping you deliver the very best clinical service to your patients.
Uncapped monthly and quarterly commission plus a company car or car allowance.
You will have the full support of our UK Head Office Marketing team to help bring customers to your branch.
An opportunity to move into an Area Manager position join the training team or work for Amplifon in a different country.
When you start you will undergo four weeks of training with our top audiologists at Amplifon. Since everyone excels in different areas this approach allows you to learn the best skills from each helping you master Amplifons customer journey.
