Job Description
We can offer you the following tasks
- Responsible for adaptation/modification of the existing lifecycle solutions and implementation of new solutions according to the needs of the naval defence customers (retrofit solutions strategic spare parts stocking trainings digital offerings etc.).
- Responsibility for the entire go-to-market process for the defined solutions: from identification of the needs internal approvals alignments etc. to the implementation in our global organisations.
- Management of market data/intelligence to predict the needs resources and locations where future support will be required. Preparation of business cases to support the decision making process.
- Ownership of collecting specific demands coming from our global organisations prioritises and ensure that the responsible departments are working on solutions. Advocate the needs of the naval defence customers within various internal working groups (product centres).
- Contribute to the further development and implementation of security compliance guidelines and processes.
- Central point of contact for the regions and global organisations with specific operational naval defence requests
You can help us with these qualifications
- Degree in business engineering or comparable
- 3 years experience in a project / product management role
- Experience in defence industry / governmental procurement processes
- Good understanding of the lifecycle requirements of the end users
- English with good German capabilities
- Excellent communicator and good listener. Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and business partners.
- High degree of discretion
- Customer centric service minded and entrepreneurial
- Readiness to travel as required by business needs (5-15% of the time)
