Role Overview:
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive company growth through strategic planning customer relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & : Develop and implement sales strategies set targets monitor KPIs and drive growth through market analysis.
- Team Leadership: Coach motivate and provide feedback to the team ensuring skill enhancement through training and development.
- Customer Management: Build strong client relationships enhance customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Performance & Reporting: Track metrics forecast sales activities and leverage data insights for informed decision-making.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities drive market expansion and represent the company at industry events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align sales strategies with other departments and contribute to strategic planning.
Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 - 6 years of sales experience in Power Transmission and Engineering products especially in couplings pulleys belts and gearboxes. Prior experience in the UAE/GCC region is preferred.
KPIs: Achieving sales targets improving customer retention increasing revenue through upselling nurturing client relationships and fostering team growth.
