Compensation Highlights
- Competitive pay at $27.00 per hour
- $200 bonus when you obtain your license on the first attempt
- $300 bonus when you start production
- Uncapped $300 referral bonuses for each person you refer who completes training and one week of production (no limit!)
- Note: Referrer and referral must both be active at time of payout; see recruiter for eligibility details

Responsibilities
Program Schedule
- Full-time Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM4:30 PM HST
- First 7 weeks are on-site with no time off
- Location: 949 Kamokila Blvd Kapolei HI 96707
- Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between 9:00 AM9:00 PM HST after training
What Youll Learn and Do
- Guide prospective members through their Medicare options with clarity and care
- Enroll customers into health plans that match their needs - all from your desk
- Learn to navigate systems handle calls with confidence and build trusted relationships with members
- Receive expert coaching performance feedback and growth mentorship along the way
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Coachability curiosity and commitment to personal growth
- Ability to pass the Hawaii state health insurance exam (we cover costs and provide study support!)
- Willingness to work onsite 2x/week post-training for work team events and meetings
