Job Description

Key Account Manager

Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth!Due to this growth we are in search of a highly skilled Key Account Manager for our facility in Mount Vernon (155).

Schedule:Monday - Friday

7:00am - 4:00pm (flexibility as schedule may fluctuate due to customer appointments)

Compensation: The salary for this position is $90000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience seniority location and other permissible job-related factors.

At Unitex the Key Account Manager is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Acts as a first line of contact with the customer
Resolves all customer issues in a timely manner
Schedules new account installations and make first delivery of product and explaining Unitex processes to customer. Coordinates the installation of new accounts and deinstallation of discontinuing accounts.
Visits key accounts on a regular schedule conducts written surveys and solicits feedback on RSR performance
Performs opening and closing duties
Conducts and adjusts inventories at accounts as needed
Assists in resolving A/R issues
Obtaining renewals on expiring service contracts
Performing other service related duties as appropriate
Provides support to District Managers and Route Supervisors

Required Skills:

2-3 years of experience working in an account management or customer environment

Open minded and creative problem solver in complex situations

Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere

Possess a strong customer service focus with good verbal and written communication skills

Candidates must possess integrity a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to hit deadlines

Proven competency in Microsoft Office; specifically in Excel

Ability to work with all levels of people

Possess and maintain a current valid state drivers license
