Job Title: Sr. IT Applications Support Analyst

Your Role:
Reporting to the IT Applications Manager the Senior IT Applications Support Analyst plays a key role in managing supporting and optimizing the organizations critical business applicationsboth on-premises and in the cloud. This position is responsible for ensuring secure access reliable performance and timely resolution of requests across enterprise software systems. The role requires a proactive detail-oriented professional who can balance technical expertise with responsive service delivery to meet evolving business needs.
What will you do
Business Management Applications Support & Administration
- Administer and configure the companys business management applications (AgilLink Eton AtlasFive).
- Monitor application performance and availability and escalate and coordinate issues with the vendor.
- Troubleshoot resolve or escalate:
- Configuration issues.
- User access problems.
- Application errors and bugs.
- Coordinate the collection of client data and facilitate secure transmission to the receiving firm upon client departure.
- Review and validate wire transfer and banking details to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
- Handle urgent configuration requests and approvals tied to time-sensitive banking deadlines.
Enterprise Software Support & Administration
- Manage and maintain user and client access to enterprise software platforms including CCH Axcess SafeSend SurePrep ITP Web GoFileRoom Solar Winds Service Desk DocuSign DropBox ShareFile.
- Troubleshoot software access issues including:
- Incorrect permissions or group memberships.
- Licensing or activation problems.
- Authentication or single sign-on (SSO) failures.
- Install requested software that is not included in the standard desktop image by:
- Validating the request and ensuring compliance with licensing.
- Coordinating with security and compliance teams if necessary.
- Performing the installation and confirming successful deployment.
- Coordinate with the IT Services team to:
- Ensure new employees are provisioned with the correct software access on their first day.
- Verify that access changes align with role-based requirements and security policies.
- Responsible for promptly disabling software and application user licenses upon employee separation or client offboarding to ensure secure and compliant access management.
General Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality application support services across multiple departments and business units.
- Collaborate with IT team members to:
- Share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Conduct cross-training to build team resilience and reduce knowledge silos.
- Serve as a backup resource during:
- Staff absences.
- High-demand periods or project surges.
- Maintain a positive team-oriented attitude while managing competing priorities.
- Escalate complex or unresolved support cases to appropriate teams or vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Report regularly to the Applications Manager by:
- Communicating project status risks and timelines.
- Prioritizing tasks based on business impact and urgency.
- Stay current with:
- Industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Updates to firm-standard software and tools.
- Collaborate with the Help Desk to:
- Provide second- and third-level support for application-related incidents.
- Ensure efficient resolution of service requests and minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior IT staff by:
- Providing guidance on technical issues.
- Supporting their professional development and growth.
Educational Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 58 years of experience in software application support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Coursework or experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping.
- Experience supporting AgilLink Datafaction and GoFileRoom.
- Familiarity with Business Management Audit and Tax processes and applications.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level systems in a production environment.
- Prior experience in professional services environments.

Salary Range:The salary range for this role is $75000 - $90000 and represents the firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant experience qualifications and location.
