As the Account Manager for Neogard youll be in charge of growing Neogard s line of high-performing construction coatings throughout the San Diego California and Arizona business area by providing coating solutions to leading architects engineers and consultants.

Join our dynamic sales team and play a key role in growing our B2B coatings business. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will:
Use your knowledge of liquid coating applications and become an expert in Neogard products to help customers achieve top performance.
Manage sales across a designated territory working across multiple channels and market segments.
Proactively pursue new leads visit existing and prospective customers and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makersincluding owners buyers contractors and engineersto drive repeat business.
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within your authority to close deals and meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with R&D to understand product chemistry and with Marketing to leverage tools like websites trade shows and brochures to support your sales efforts.
Prepare accurate price quotes and coordinate order processing with our Customer Care team.
Keep CRM systems up to date and submit timely sales and expense reports.
What Are We Looking For
A bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
At least 3 years of experience in paint or coatings application with a focus on waterproofing flooring or roofingpreferably in a B2B sales environment.
An established book of business in the coatings industry (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Access Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidates must be based in either San Diego California or Phoenix Arizona to be considered for this role.
Travel: Candidates based in Phoenix should expect to travel to San Diego every other week.
