WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Practice physician to join us at our Franciscan Physician Network Dyer Family Health Center located in Dyer IN. This busy established practice currently includes three physicians an advanced practice provider with RN and MA support. This high performing group of providers is focused on providing patient-centric care high quality metrics and working collaboratively with their team and surrounding resources.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and have a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Friday 9:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
One evening per week required
Average outpatient volume: 20 25 patients per day with 20- and 40-minute visits
Call Responsibilities: Provider will cover own call during evenings weekends & holidays
Lab located onsite
ACO embedded into practice
Telehealth offered
Strong specialty network throughout the region
Strong mentorship opportunities and ability to collaborate with other physicians

Qualifications:
Doctorate - Required
Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required and -
Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
