Nestled in the scenic heart of the Potomac Highlands South Branch Inn offers the perfect blend of comfort charm and adventure with two beautiful locations:
Moorefield WV 100 cozy well-appointed rooms
Romney WV 60 inviting comfortable rooms
Both Inns serve as the ideal home base for outdoor lovers and adventure seekers. From hiking and fishing to horseback riding and skiing our guests enjoy easy access to the very best of West Virginia. After a day of exploring they return to spacious accommodations friendly service and thoughtful amenitiescomplimentary breakfast free Wi-Fi in-room coffee makers and more.
Were Hiring: Part-Time Front Desk Night Auditor (Moorefield Location)
Compensation: $14.50 per hour depending on experience
What Youll Be Doing:
- Greet and assist guests with a smileyour attitude sets the tone!
- Register guests assign rooms and handle check-ins/outs
- Monitor guest accounts post charges and reconcile transactions
- Manage overnight audit procedures and maintain accurate records
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Maintain security of keys and guest information
- Provide general support to ensure guest comfort and safety
- Assist with luggage and provide local information
- Stay informed about hotel events and daily operations
- Other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible adaptable and customer-focused
- Able to stand/sit for up to 8 hours
- Capable of lifting 30 lbs. and frequent bending
- Fluent in English (reading writing speaking)
- Available to work overnight shifts - 11pm -7am
