The Role
Photography Support Specialists play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between and advertising customers and our photography team. The primary focus of this position is to initiate outbound calls to our member agents and facilitate appointment scheduling for our virtual tour creation.
Additionally Photography Support Specialists will systematically assign appointments to photographers optimizing routes to enhance efficiency and accommodate as many agents as possible. Strong customer service skills meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role. This role works closely with our clients sales associates dispatchers and management team. This position is based in our Richmond VA office.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound prospecting activities through phone calls emails and text to engage with existing and clients to schedule virtual tours.
- Build and maintain relationships with and clients through ongoing communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction with the products.
- Work closely with dispatchers and photography teams to align efforts and optimize output and reduce low production potential for photographers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach activities and conversion rates.
- Exhibit a proactive first call resolution mindset ensuring that all member concerns are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with photographers to assign jobs based on availability and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.
- Communicate with agents and photographers to confirm appointment details and address any scheduling conflicts or changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience working in an outbound calling position for customer service or business development.
- Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Windows Apple OS Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
- Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
Compensation
The Photography Support Specialist position is hourly plus bonus-eligible position. The bonuses are paid on a monthly cycle and are based on your performance against pre-determined performance metrics. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a metrics and performance-based environment and who are driven by bonus incentives to produce great results.
