URGENT HIRING: Joinery Technical Manager KSA Project
High-End Turnkey Fit-Out Projects Middle East Experience Required
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Technical Manager to lead the technical execution of a high-end interior fit-out turnkey project in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Industry: Joinery / Interior Fit-Out
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all technical activities related to joinery production and installation
- Review prepare and validate shop drawings cutting lists and material specifications
- Lead the coordination between design production and site teams to ensure accuracy and quality
- Ensure technical compliance with project requirements design intent and international standards
- Provide technical input and problem-solving support during design and construction phases
- Maintain documentation project records and technical reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in joinery technical management
- Proven track record in high-end turnkey fit-out projects in the Middle East
- Expertise in joinery production materials and bespoke interior elements
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
- Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills
- Degree or diploma in Architecture Interior Design or related field is an advantage
