Job Title: Data Reporting Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
Were seeking a Data Reporting Specialist who can turn data into actionable insights. This role involves collecting and cleaning data building reporting pipelines and designing dashboards that help business stakeholders make better decisions. Youll work closely with multiple teams and use your analytical skills to highlight key trends and opportunities across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect clean and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Develop and manage ETL (Extract Transform Load) pipelines for reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and data quality checks.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau Power BI Excel or Looker.
- Automate recurring reporting processes for efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and cross-functional reporting needs.
- Analyze trends and patterns in large datasets to uncover insights.
- Translate complex data into simple actionable visualizations and summaries.
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with sales finance and operations to understand data/reporting needs.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis reporting or business intelligence.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables formulas and charts.
- Familiarity with databases and basic data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM ERP or enterprise data systems.
- Prior experience supporting sales finance or marketing teams with reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
