What Youll Be Doing
At CIBC we are on a mission to build the relationship-focused bank of the future and we are looking for self-identified Indigenous talent (First Nations Metis and Inuit) to join our Innovation and Technology team.
This is a general applicant portal for Indigenous talent (First Nations Metis and Inuit) to apply to opportunities in Innovation and Technology it is not tied to one specific job rather it is an opportunity to connect with us and discover where your talents fit at CIBC.
As part of our Innovation and Technology team youll play a key role in driving innovation and delivering solutions that enhance the banking experience for our clients. Here are some examples of the types of roles we frequently hire for:
Application Developer: Work on developing testing and implementing cross-functional multi-platform application systems. Youll collaborate with stakeholders to design and build personalized banking solutions that transform the way people bank.
Business Systems Analyst: Act as a bridge between business and technology gathering requirements designing solutions and supporting end-to-end project implementation. Youll help create innovative systems that improve client experiences.
Project Coordinator: Support project managers by tracking progress managing schedules and reconciling project financials. Youll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Project Manager: Lead complex technology projects manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project milestones are met. Youll collaborate with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions.
