About the Job
As Wholesale Merchant Mens youll drive the wholesale merchandising strategy to deliver profitable consumer-centric product assortments that maximise brand impact and business growth. Youll collaborate closely with Gender Merchants the wholesale commercial team and cross-functional partners (marketing planning sales) to execute aligned product strategies and elevate the brand experience in the wholesale channel.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with planning marketing and commercial teams to execute effective product strategies tailored for the wholesale channel.
Act as the consumer voice identifying growth opportunities and supporting distribution expansion.
Develop profitable assortment and segmentation strategies aligned with seasonal big ideas and SBP targets.
Provide insights from consumer trends commercial briefs and sales data to inform product briefs and identify gaps for local development.
Own assortment performance: analyse sales sell-out and markdowns to drive in-season actions and future strategies.
Manage inventory risks and drive sell-through collaborating with trading teams to maximize incremental business.
Lead the go-to-market execution following global guidelines on category style price and flow to maximize sell-out at full price.
Maintain key product decks update systems and communicate product strategies internally with clarity and inspiration.
Challenge the status quo exploring new opportunities to engage consumers and grow the wholesale business.
Support Tops growth beyond core categories and strengthen Denim leadership through lifestyle-focused assortments.

About You
Minimum 3 years merchandising experience in apparel with strong knowledge of wholesale KPIs pricing and margin targets.
Degree in Business Economics Fashion or related field with relevant experience.
Skilled in assortment planning story layouts and visual merchandising to maximise in-store impact.
Strong fashion sense and understanding of diverse consumer targets.
Excellent analytical communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Passion for merchandising and product with proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools (Power BI Tableau).
Desire to contribute to a world-class merchandising team with curiosity and teamwork mindset.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Willingness to travel approx. 10-20%.
