You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLeidos is seeking an experiencedEffects Coordinatorto support theAPOLLO program a flagship initiative integrating full-spectrum influence and information activities across the joint operational environment. This role is pivotal in synchronizing non-kinetic and influence-related effects to ensure alignment with the commanders intent operational phasing and strategic messaging objectives.
This position is on a future contract pending award announcement.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of joint operations influence targeting and the planning and execution of effects across the Information Environment (IE) with a proven ability to operate in dynamic multi-domain environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Synchronize and integrate Information Force capabilities (MISO Cyber Public Affairs Civil-Affairs OPSEC MILDEC) with operational plans and targeting cycles.
Support the development tracking and assessment of Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) across influence operations.
Participate in Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP) and Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) cycles to embed OIE effects early in planning efforts.
Coordinate with J39 J3 and interagency partners to ensure information activities reinforce physical operations.
Maintain real-time situational awareness of adversary information activities and assess OIE effectiveness.
Integrate and synchronize Information Forces to support strategic and operational objectives.
Contribute to the development of influence targeting strategies and operational narrative.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in International Relations Military Studies Strategic Communication or a related field.
8 yearsof experience in military operations with at least3 yearsin IO targeting or effects coordination roles. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Strong working knowledge ofJP 3-13and influence/information-related capabilities.
Experience supporting Combatant Commands Joint Task Forces or Special Operations elements.
Familiarity with JOPP MDMP and joint targeting processes.
Excellent collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI required
