Job Description
Quality Staffing Inc. is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in Ball Ground GA. Working Monday Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Payrate is $24 $26 per hour (BOE) with a $2.00 shift differential
This role requires someone who can understand and follow specifications read and interpret complex blueprints and AutoCAD drawings and monitor CNC machines to ensure precision and quality. Candidates must be detail-oriented and maintain a clean and efficient work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts to exact specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints AutoCAD drawings and other technical documents.
- Inspect parts using calipers micrometers gauges and other measuring tools.
- Ensure all machining meets required tolerances and quality standards.
- Keep work area and machinery clean and organized.
- Identify report and help resolve machining or equipment issues.
- Adhere to all safety policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating CNC machinery.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Skilled with precision measurement instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
