Job Description

Serve as Assistant Girls Track Coach at Waterloo West HS

Will primarily coach Distance runners

Essential Job Functions:

Support Head Coachs vision for the program
Provide positive leadership for all levels of program
Communicate with all stakeholders of the program.
Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
Commitment to all around success of West High

Skills Required:

Communication

Growth mindset
Ability to teach sport and life skills
