The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.We are in search of a seasoned and forward-thinking Senior AI Programmer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a profound expertise in AI technologies and the programming languages that are pivotal in AI development. Their core role will involve collaborating intimately with application developers to ensure the seamless integration of AI capabilities into our existing enterprise applications thereby elevating both performance and functionality. As a key member of our core engagement team this individual will be responsible for orchestrating the efforts of architects engineers and developers to conceive design and construct AI platform solutions as well as adeptly navigating project impediments as they emerge.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with application developers to design and implement AI features within enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain robust AI algorithms and models to solve complex problems.
- Write clean efficient and well-documented code in languages such as Python R Java and C.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
- Mentor junior programmers and lead by example in all aspects of software development.
- Ensure AI integrations comply with industry standards and company policies.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI programming and software development.
- Proficiency in AI programming languages such as Python R Java and C.
- Should possess experience with GenAI and RPA (UI Path Automation Anywhere) technologies.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms neural networks and data structures.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such Azure OpenAI and Amazon BedRock AI... as TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or related field and/or or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
Other Qualifications:
- As per MUFGs work policy must work onsite 4 days and 1 day remotely from either Tampa FL or Tempe AZ (Tempe is highly preferred).
The typical base pay range for this role is between $145K - $182K depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
