Are you a seasoned Paralegal with deep experience in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice law in Florida Do you thrive working independently managing deadlines and taking initiative Were seeking a dedicated detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our remote legal team on a flexible part-time basis.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the freedom of working from home while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the legal field. Whether youre a parent re-entering the workforce or a seasoned professional looking for reduced hours wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review pleadings motions and legal correspondence

Manage case files including organizing discovery medical records and court filings

Assist in trial preparation and deposition summaries

Conduct legal research related to PI and MedMal cases
-
Handle calendaring e-filing and docketing deadlines in Florida courts
-
Maintain regular communication with clients attorneys medical providers and court staff
What Were Looking For:

Minimum 10 years of paralegal experience in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice (Florida cases required)

Strong understanding of Florida legal procedures and court systems

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision a true self-starter

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with legal software and remote communication tools (Clio MyCase etc. a plus)

Highly organized and proactive with a take-the-lead attitude
