STAFFVIRTUAL is looking for a Training Intern to join our Employee Development and Engagement team under the HR department. This is a great opportunity for students who want hands-on experience in training operations and learning management systems (LMS) implementation.
Youll play a key role in helping us set up and test our new LMS. From testing functionality and configuring the backend to creating basic content youll be part of a team that supports learning and development for the entire organization. This is an onsite internship based in Mabolo Cebu City so youll be working closely with our Training team in person.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the testing phase of the LMS to ensure all features function properly before full rollout
- Assist with backend branding by helping configure the systems appearance and user experience in line with STAFFVIRTUALs brand identity
- Help with basic course/content creation including uploading learning materials and building training modules
- Collaborate with the Employee Development and Engagement team to keep track of tasks timelines and updates
- Provide general admin support for training documentation and file organization
- Join team meetings and assist with other training-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently taking up Education Psychology HR Communication or a related course
- Detail-oriented organized and tech-savvy
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and tools (e.g. Google Workspace)
- Interested in learning about LMS systems and corporate training
- Willing to work onsite in Mabolo Cebu City
