Job Description
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Salary: To be discussed upon application
Location: Coylton Mill Ayrshire
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment We are looking for a dedicated Feed Production Operative to join our team where youll play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality animal feed products.
What Youll Do:
- Operate mill equipment and process systems safely and efficiently
- Manage raw material intake weighbridge procedures and quality control
- Operate bagging and packing systems while maintaining accurate records
- Oversee stock control of raw materials packaging and finished products
- Ensure compliance with medicated feed procedures and company quality standards
- Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with maintenance as needed
- Keep work areas clean and organized following hygiene and safety protocols
- Serve customers and load vehicles ensuring correct product and weight
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in a production manufacturing or agricultural environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Telehandler experience
