We are recruiting on behalf of a successful automotive solutions provider based in Kettering supplying premium lubricants oils and car care products across the UK and Ireland. With an ambitious growth strategy and strong reputation for quality service theyre looking for someone with the right skills and mindset to excel as a Sales Executive.

Location: Kettering On-site
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: Competitive with commission structure and progression opportunities

Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated professionals to take ownership of the sales process while contributing to broader commercial goals. Youll be developing new business nurturing key accounts and playing a central role in expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach and networking
  • Make introductory calls and conduct product presentations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and track performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
