A thriving independent small animal practice in Bristol is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon. This vibrant city known for its dynamic arts scene and excellent transport links offers a fantastic quality of life. The practice boasts state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment including advanced imaging (CT/MRI access) dedicated surgical theatres and a strong commitment to evidence-based medicine.
The successful candidate will oversee a varied caseload mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the strategic development of the practice. This role offers an ideal opportunity for a clinician looking to take on a leadership position while maintaining a high level of clinical engagement.

- Salary: 75000 - 85000 per annum.
