Job Title: Outreach Manager
Location:Onsite - Baltimore MD
Salary Range:$95000 - $110000 annually (based on experience)
Work Type: Full-Time Onsite Direct Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outreach Manager to lead community engagement and education initiatives. This role is based onsite in Baltimore MD and is essential to building strong connections with stakeholders educating diverse audiences and ensuring successful enrollment and program participation. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in community outreach staff development and strategic engagement planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive statewide outreach and education strategy based on collaboration with internal teams project leadership clients and community stakeholders.
  • Plan execute and manage large-scale outreach education and enrollment efforts to support program goals.
  • Provide supervision training and professional development to outreach supervisory staff and field teams.
  • Ensure efficient field staff operations and seamless delivery of services across communities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization clients agencies and stakeholders representing the program in public and professional forums.
  • Lead presentations and public speaking engagements to promote awareness and participation in program services.
  • Provide oversight to the Community Relations Department in the absence of senior leadership.
  • Design and manage training programs for both internal operations teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and implement a detailed Outreach and Education Plan including training strategies and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor program performance and compliance with performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure accurate and timely submission of performance reporting.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and represent outreach updates successes and challenges.
  • Evaluate feedback from outreach and operations teams to identify training opportunities and areas for improvement in customer experience.
  • Organize and facilitate various training formats such as one-on-one coaching small groups and large-scale public sessions.
  • Track and assess the effectiveness of outreach and education efforts reporting insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with quality and training teams to integrate findings into continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 5 years of experience in outreach education public engagement or related program management roles.
  • Proven experience supervising staff and managing field operations.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic outreach plans and training programs.
  • Proficient in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams leadership and external partners.
  • Experience coordinating with government or nonprofit stakeholders is preferred.
