Were now seeking a committedPositive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Therapy Services team. In this role youll deliver person-centred evidence-based support that helps clients live with greater independence dignity and wellbeing. Youll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team and be supported by in-house clinical experts who provide supervision coaching and professional development.

About the role:
As a PBSP youll provide high-quality behaviour support to children young people and adults with disability. Youll design and implement comprehensive plans collaborate with families and support networks and contribute to capacity building in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and PBS Capability Framework.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct functional behaviour assessments
Work alongside people with disabilities to explore what is meaningful to them and address barriers to quality of life
Develop and implement neurodiversity affirming positive behaviour support plans
Provide training and coaching to families and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and reports
Collaborate with other professionals in a multi-disciplinary team
What youll bring:
Degree in Psychology Developmental Education OT Speech Pathology Social Work or related field
Core or Higher PBS Practitioner status (or working towards)
Professional registration
Knowledge of trauma-informed strengths-based practice
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
