Location: Duluth GA Compensation: $70000$200000 (Base Commission)

What Youll Do
Sales Manager:
- Recruit train and lead a team of 510 sales reps
- Oversee daily KPIs pipeline reporting and close rates
- Collaborate with ownership to run team meetings and drive goals
- Use our AI tools and CRM (Go High Level) to streamline sales ops
Sales Reps
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Build relationships with homeowners
- Educate on retail roof replacements or insurance claims process
- Use Go High Level AI assistant **Meaghan** to generate and follow up with leads
- Close deals and get paid fast uncapped commissions

Requirements
Sales Manager:
- 2 years of roofing or home services sales leadership
- Proven team building and performance management skills
- CRM experience (GHL Salesforce or similar)
Sales Reps:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong communication and confidence meeting with homeowners
- Grit coachability and a go-getter mindset
- Prior roofing experience is a plus but not required
