What they do
A commercial and industrial roofing contractor their work is split between 80% new construction and 20% re-roofing. Project values range from $7k up to $40million with an average of $1million including data centres for META and Google.
What you will be doing
- You will be onsite the majority of the time
- Running jobs; ensuring that projects are all running smoothly and delivered on time materials are ordered and delivered
- Managing crews; ensure projects are sufficiently staffed crews follow installation processes and safety protocols recruit sub-contractors
What we need from you
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
- Experience within a managerial role at a commercial roofing contractor
- Ability to travel to multiple sites daily across Central Tennessee (Morrison and Murfreesboro areas)
- Collaborative attitude driven to deliver quality and a team player
