Position Summary

The IT ServicesServer and Endpoint Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a secure reliable and high-performing IT environment across colleges and divisions. Reporting to the Director of IT Services this position is responsible for administering servers endpoints and cloud infrastructure delivering technical support and contributing to technology projects. The SDSU OneIT Community is vital to the universitys success by delivering core technology services across our campuses colleges administrative areas and auxiliary units. Education and Experience

To enter this classification a basic foundation of knowledge and skills in operating systems programs maintenance and systems administration features is a prerequisite. This foundation would normally be obtained through a bachelors degree preferably in computer science mathematics or a related technical field or equivalent technical training and/or experience. Foundation knowledge and skills for the Operating Systems Analyst include a working knowledge of the assigned computer operating systems systems analysis and systems-level programming.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary upon appointment is not expected to exceed $7000 per month.

Salary placement is determined by the education experience and qualifications the candidate brings to the position internal equity and the hiring departments fiscal resources.

CSU Classification Salary Range: $5158-$12730 per month.
