Job Description
ERP Analyst
Position Summary
Performs full performance level professional work analyzing refining and documenting customer business requirements with respect to development implementation and production support of Orange EVs ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Works to design solutions to business needs by utilizing the delivered functionality first before considering custom changes. Creates functional and technical design specifications for ERP data management and reporting systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders vendor(s) IT staff and other related personnel to design technical solutions. Serves as technical expert on all customer business requirements and information needs.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform work on complex and routine projects to analyze business requirements and address ERP systems function and performance issues.
- Evaluate analyze and maintain ERP system(s); serve as a liaison between business stakeholders technical staff vendor(s) and user groups.
- Analyze requirements to define scope objectives and feasibility; modify and configure ERP to meet business needs and stakeholder requirements.
- Collect user feedback regarding system performance and work with the team to prioritize configuration requests.
- Develop and execute test plans and validation as well as other quality assurance measures; conduct testing such as user acceptance performance security usability etc.
- Design implement and analyze KPI reports to determine the overall ERP systems performance and business adoption.
- Maintain relationships with vendors work with vendors on bug fixes new features and the proper use of products.
- Develop and provide training demonstrations and regular communication to end-users.
- Maintain system documentation and records of changes and incidents.
- Provide advanced customer service and functional support to end-users; assist with implementing workarounds when system issues affect operations.
Position Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated business professional with qualifications that include:
- Minimum three years experience in business software administration in a manufacturing organization working with Genius ERP or similar systems like SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration).
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server data analysis ETL and reporting tools such as Power BI SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Excel Tableau API Apache NiFi etc.
- Detail-oriented strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management and vendor management skills.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Work to be performed on-site at Orange EVs Kansas City KS headquarters.
