About your new Career:
Lewis Apartment Communities has an immediate opening for an experienced Community Director to assist with on-site operations throughout the Greater Sacramento area to include Vacaville and Tracy CA. This is an exciting full-time portfolio assignment that will also rove to various Lewis communities as needed to lead onsite staff support company initiatives and manage other requirements.
The successful candidate will effectively create sales marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels revenue goals property value community maintenance andexcellentcustomer service in thisbeautiful and established Lewis-owned community.
In this role you will also have the opportunity to progress your skills as a Community Director by taking charge of your development while also developing and managing your onsite leasing service and maintenance teams.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Budgeting and property marketing
- Leading training onboarding and developing your team with an emphasis on success sales and resident satisfaction.
- Apartment leasing and various administrative tasks
- Maintaining resident files
- Monitoring and managing key metrics including renewal/leasing goals and reports such as variances occupancy etc.
- Promoting consistent resident satisfaction
- Working with OneSite and MS Office (Word Excel etc.)

Experience for your success: Our most successful candidate will have3years of property management experience including a strong emphasis on sales and knowledge of property budgets and bookkeeping. A basic understanding ofresident/tenant law Fair Housing and MS Office skills is also required.
