Responsibilities:
- Managing assigned personal lines book of business using a team-based approach in providing exceptional customer service
- Manage the renewal process and day-to-day account management on all assigned accounts such as processing policies processing endorsements processing payments and policy reviews
- Weekly reporting to team leader.
- Remarketing policies through various carriers.
- Build expand and solidify relationships with clients by addressing the clients needs including the identification and resolution of underwriting and policy issues.
- Build expand and solidify relationships with strategic partners and centers of influence.
- Identify gaps in coverage and providing adequate solution to clients exposures.
- Proper annotated documentation of all client interaction.
