The Opportunity:

As our Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales performance motivating and training our sales team and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience. This is a critical leadership role that offers significant impact and growth potential within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Monitor sales performance analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory and ensure optimal vehicle merchandising.
  • Foster a positive and productive sales environment.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer concerns.
  • Recruit interview and onboard new sales talent.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends product knowledge and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
