Job Summary
Griswold Home Care is seeking a passionate and driven Community Liaison to serve as the vital link between our agency and the Worcester County this part-time to full-time salaried position (with commission) youll play a key role in promoting our services advocating for those in need of home care and building lasting partnerships with healthcare providers and local organizations. If youre a motivated professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Griswold Home Care at health fairs community events and fundraisers.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals nursing homes assisted living facilities councils on aging and other community stakeholders.
- Develop and execute community outreach strategies to raise awareness of services and increase referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach goals.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the community addressing inquiries and educating individuals about our services.
- Organize and present educational workshops and presentations for community members and healthcare professionals.
- Stay informed on healthcare trends and evolving community needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in a related field preferred (e.g. communications business healthcare).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in community outreach business development or similarpreferably within home care healthcare or social services.
- Proven success in networking relationship building and business/revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skillswritten verbal and interpersonal.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong sense of empathy with a deep understanding of community needs.
- Flexible organized and highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Part-time to Full-time salary plusmonthly commission based on outreach and performance.
