Under the guidance of the Manager the Lead Patient Access Specialist at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital is expected to perform a higher level of generally more complex job specific responsibilities. They greet patients and family members in a professional and courteous manner. They obtain and verify demographic clinical financial and insurance information during the registration process and accepts point of service payments or provides guidance for payment options and clears the patient for service delivery. The Lead Patient Access Specialist acts as the primary point of contact between the Patient Access Representatives and the Patient Access Management Team.
This position is critical for the Patient Access team in assisting and coaching staff and to continue with admitting and copay collection work.
What you will need:
- A High School Diplomais required.
- 1-2 years of previous job-related experience.

Compensation:
Pay range: $17.30 hr.- $26.81 hr.
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
