Job Description

Ferman Ford of Countryside a leader in automotive sales is looking for an experienced sales manager. Because of the dynamic growth in our internet business we are expanding!

We have thousands of leads coming in every month and need motivated salespeople who are tired of the grind of having to wait for an UP and want to have a life outside of the dealership.

If you are an experienced Automotive Sales Person comfortable with new technology and can manage a large number of quality prospects come work for the most progressive family-owned dealership in the area.

Responsibilities:As an Automotive Sales Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supervising and motivating salespeople to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Organizing schedules conducting training sessions and setting performance goals.
  • Interviewing hiring and onboarding new sales team members.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Promoting and encouraging effective sales strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Estimated Pay Range: $6000.00 - $15000.00 per month
