We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Janitorial Cleaning - Floor Care division. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular carpet shampooing;
- Perform extracting;
- Strip floors;
- Finish floors;
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in basic janitorial work ; carpet and floor care
- Familiar with floor care processes (i.e. strip away carpet cleaning scrub/wax and buffing etc.);
- Able to lift up to 50lbs;
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time;
- Strong verbal and comprehension skills;
