A Day in the Life

Last year our medical therapies for the treatment of over 40 major conditions improved the lives of more than 75 million people around the world.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provides administrative support to the sales function as required
- Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives
- Performs in-depth customer and product reporting and analysis working with marketing and global regions to provide data to field teams
- Works with the OU leadership to develop account planning tools
- Supports OU Marketing teams with product forecasting
- Develops assets/systems efficiency metrics; performs customer level ROI analyses
- Instructs sales marketing managers field area managers and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience without a degree
- Expert in MS Office specifically Excel
- Expert in Power BI Data Modelling DAX optimization
- Comfortable to work independently to implement strategic goals and establish operational plans for job area. Implements strategic goals established by functional leadership
- Able to strongly influence the design of new products processes standards or operational plans based on business strategy with a significant impact on functional results
- Able to develop solutions to unique issues Improves upon existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing reasoning and interpretation
- Able to manage large moderately complex initiatives of strategic importance to the organization involving large cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate and deliver on various levels.
