Position Overview
As a HHA/CNA at Holy Cross Home Care & Hospice youll deliver compassionate personal care and support to patients in their homes. They work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or hospice case manager.

Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Maryland
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in hospice palliative care or home health (preferred).
- Compassionate patient-focused and able to provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
