Notice of New Castle Community School Corporation School Board Member Seat Vacancy.
The Board of Trustees of the New Castle Community School Corporation invites individuals 21
years of age or older residing in Henry Township outside of the corporate limits of the City of
New Castle to apply for the vacant School Board seat. All applications must be received no
later than Wednesday June 25 at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Applications should be
delivered to the administrative office of the School Corporation located at 322 Elliot Avenue
New Castle Indiana 47362. Applicants must submit a resume and a one-page letter of intent
explaining your qualifications and interest in the position. Please be advised that applications
are subject to public inspection and the Board may conduct interviews of applicants that will be
open to the public to observe. The Board will select the person to fill the vacant seat.
Requirements:
- Eligible candidate must live within New Castle City Limits
Anticipated Timeline:
- Accept Letter of Interest through 4:00 p.m. on June 25 2025
