Job Description
Summer Camp Instructor - Part-time Group Leader -Oxnard CA **Bilingual (English/Spanish)**
Inspire and lead as a Camp Instructor in a dynamic environment that thrives on innovation excitement curiosity adventure and a sense of belonging. Location:Oxnard CA Elementary Schools
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM (Hours may vary)
Heres what youll need:
- Must have 48 college credit hours CPR certification able to get fingerprinted ASAP!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with pre-k/TK
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency.
Pay & Benefits:
- $21 an hour
- Part-time benefits including health available.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of campers through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on campers interests and talents.
- Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
