Have you ever interacted with a security process or tool and said I could make that much more efficient and effective. If so the role of Technical Program Manager on Devices and Services Security may be for you.
In Devices and Services Security we partner with the teams that create products like Kindle Alexa Amazon Photos to deliver secure customer experiences.
In this role you will understand the unique challenges of Devices and Services builder teams and work with engineers across the security organization. You will make sure tools and processes meet their needs. You will spend time with builder teams understanding what is and isnt working. You will identify areas that need more security tooling coverage and where we could automate processes to enable builders to spend more time building great features.
- 5 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 2 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- - Experience on a securing engineering teams or any of the following: threat modeling experience secure coding identity management and authentication software development cryptography system administration and network security experience
- 3 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience as a Security Engineer and/or experience with securing devices.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
