The Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas is a beautiful hotel spa and convention center located in Rogers AR. We are conveniently located by the Walmart AMP Top Golf and the Pinnacle Hills Promenade and a short 20-minute drive from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville.

Pay Range: $14.50-$15.23
Make a Difference:
The primary purpose of the Transportation Specialist is to provide guests with an excellent transportation experience ensuring that guests are greeted and transported to and from requested destinations.
What Youll Be Doing:
The Transportation Specialist will be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including but not limited to local airports restaurants theaters sporting events convention centersetc.;
Assist guests withluggage;
Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely friendly and efficientmanner;
Respond to guest inquiries andrequests;
Resolve guestconcerns(escalate as appropriate);
Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles front drive andlobby;
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidentsinjuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Bring Your Experience:
Required Prior Experience:
Prior customer service experience
Preferred Prior Experience:
Hospitality industry experience
Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Licenses/ Certification:
Valid state drivers license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.
Physical:
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbsoccasionally
Able to lift 10lbs regularly
Able to stand and/or walk for duration of schedule shift
Other:
Flexible to working days early mornings eveningsnightsweekendsand holidays
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
