What You Will Do:
Weve created new grad engineering roles within our DRE(Digital Robotics and Enabling Technologies) organization in Weston FL to invest in the next generation of innovatorsaccelerating their growth as engineers while building the future of Stryker.
General Responsibilities:
- Design develop modify and verify medical device systems
- Translate user needs to system requirements
- Modify existing system architecture or test designs
- Assist with Concept Phase activities
- Support problem solving root cause analysis identify potential solutions and evaluate them against requirements
- Under supervision execute analytical study protocols including trade studies sensitivity studies optimization studies performance assessments and design assessments
- Participate in system integration activities and sub-system or system level testing
- Execute verification tests according to an established protocol
- Develop a strong understanding of the clinical applications and technology blocks of Strykers robotics solutions and product line
What You Will Need:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Robotics Electrical Mechanical Systems or Biomedical Engineering & 0 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of requirement and verification practices
- Basic knowledge of Requirements Management Tools
- Ability to read and Interpret system architectures
- Requirements Management Software especially Jama
- Experience using engineering tools such as Matlab Python 3D CAD (Pro-E or SolidWorks) statistical analysis tools (Minitab)
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 14971
