Job Description
The Sales Development Representative is an entry level sales role with a focus on customer service management. This role is charged with generating and qualifying sales leads via live chat email and phone communication with customers.The expectation is to eventually become an expert on our products and service offerings to meet customer needs while generating new sales opportunities with growth potential into Sales Specialist roles. This position is remote and may need to flex between Eastcoast and Westcoast hours.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Funnel/ Opportunity management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Achieve all sales lead generation goals
Qualifications:
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships cross functionally
- Proficiency in EXCEL Word PowerPoint and Outlook
- Medical Segment experience preferred
