As a Transactions Specialist III in the National Collections department you will be primarily responsible for processing oil and gas drafts reading checks and entering data for internal and domestic collections. This position requires attention to detail and an understanding of policies and procedures including UCC 522 code for foreign checks from different countries.
Job responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently focusing on readingand processingchecksand auto/oil and gas drafts.
- Review checks through an application working off electronicimages to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Meet scorecard goals by updating processes and moving to action plans to ensure skill development with a timeline of 3-6 months to meet minimum goals and 8-12 months for further improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members using Microsoft Teams and other communication tools.
- Review customer signatures and ensure adherence to service standards and key performance measures.
- Support daily operations including other areas in Balance and Distribution to achieve service standards and key performance measures.
- Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure to meet service level agreements.
- Exercise independent judgment and employ creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned

- Demonstrate proficiency in 10-key skills.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
