The Director of the Executive E-MBA Program provides strategic leadership operational oversight and academic coordination for the universitys E-MBA program. This role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality market-responsive executive education experience that aligns with industry needs and institutional goals. The Director serves as the primary liaison among faculty staff students alumni and corporate partners to support recruitment curriculum development student services and program innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and enhance the E-MBA programs reputation enrollment and outcomes.
- Ensure the program remains competitive and aligned with current trends in executive education and global business.
- Collaborate with university leadership to integrate E-MBA goals with institutional priorities.
- Coordinate with faculty to develop and schedule courses monitor academic standards and enhance curricular relevance.
- Ensure learning outcomes assessments and instructional quality meet accreditation and institutional standards.
- Support faculty development in executive education pedagogy and experiential learning.
- Oversee the admissions process and participate in application reviews and candidate interviews.
- Foster student engagement and retention through effective onboarding advising and career development support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders alumni and corporate sponsors to support the program.
- Represent the program at internal and external events conferences and advisory boards.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the program including budgeting scheduling staffing and logistics.
- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers (e.g. catering travel hotels).
Education
- Masters degree in Business Administration Higher Education or related field required; Doctorate preferred.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in graduate or executive education program management or related roles in business or academia.
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds.
