Your main responsibilities are:
- Preparation and shipment of sampling containers to clients in an organized and professional manner respecting the clients deadline;
- Maintenance and organisation of the back warehouse section;
- Working with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) established by Bureau Veritas Laboratories for the preparation of bottle orders and cleaning of coolers;
- Responsible for tracking the daily inventory of consumables required for bottle orders;
- Adhere to and participate with all quality assurance policies and procedures of the organisation;
- Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
- Back up driver when necessary
You are the ideal candidateif:
- Full time
- High school diploma;
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience in the field is an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal communication must be organized;
- The candidate must be responsible independent dedicated and motivated with a good team spirit;
- Computer knowledge an asset;
- The candidate must be able to lift loads of 25 lbs. and more if necessary;
- Dynamic energetic motivated positive outlook.
