Due to increased customer demand we need to strengthen our Safety Reliability and Maintainability Department with a systems engineer. In this role you will work with maintenance and maintainability analyses to secure continual airworthiness and operational efficiency for civilian as well as military aircraft.
Your main tasks will be:
Analyze and identify preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Analyze and calculate maintainability measures such as Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) Maintenance Man Hours (MMH) Direct Maintenance Cost (DMC).
Analyze the repairability of a product identify support equipment consumables and spare parts and recommend quantities.
You will have the chance to work in close collaboration with engaging encouraging and competent colleagues. Currently the department consists of six members two of whom are active in the field of Maintainability.

Were looking for someone who excels in handling multiple projects values continuous learning from diverse sources and enjoys working collaboratively. You also take initiative communicate well across teams and manage your responsibilities independently.
To succeed in this role you have:
Engineering degree at a Bachelors or a Masters level.
Experience within an engineering field such as systems engineering mechanical engineering or production engineering.
An ability to analyze and advise on system maintainability and to document and communicate findings in a clear and structured way.
Very good ability to cooperate in a multi-project environment driving parallel interactions and tasks.
Proficiency in English
Its preferred but not required that you have:
Experience from working with commercial aviation regulations.
Experience from an aircraft maintenance organization. This could be with a civilian as well as a military organization.
Experience from engineering work under standards such as ARP-4754 ARP-4761.
Proficiency in Swedish.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
